aphorisms

An aphorism is a “pregnant statement”. An aprophism is neither right nor wrong – it simply asks for a response.:

  1. Progress is experienced in opposites
  2. Truth does not care
  3. Do not mistake intensity with intimacy
  4. Do not mistake uniformity with unity
  5. … they who dance are thought mad by those who hear not the music. (attributed to Nietzsche)
  6. … leveling is the victory of abstraction over the individual. (Kierkegaard)
