GRANT, we beseech thee, Almighty God, that we, who here observe the heavenly birthday of the Mother of thy Son Jesus Christ our Lord, may in such wise rejoice in her yearly festival, that we may learn to follow rightly the example of her devotion; through the samc thy Son. Jesus Christ our Lord, who liveth and reigneth with thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, ever one God, world without end. Amen.
